Research Team

This research project is a doctoral initiative led by Mr. Tin Shine Aung, a PhD candidate in Sustainability Science at the University of Lisbon. The project is conducted in collaboration with esteemed professors and researchers from the Institute of Education, Faculty of Medicine, Centre for Research and Studies of the Faculty of Fine Arts, and the Interactive Technology Institute at the University of Lisbon, Portugal.

Project Partners

Middle and high school students from both international and national schools in Myanmar and Portugal are actively participating in this research project. The initiative aims to enhance students’ understanding of sustainability concepts and to foster sustainable practices within their communities. By engaging young learners from diverse educational backgrounds, the project seeks to cultivate a strong foundation in sustainability literacy, equipping students with the knowledge, skills, and motivation to address environmental challenges and make responsible choices that benefit society and the planet. This collaborative effort underscores the importance of cross-cultural learning and shared responsibility in building a sustainable future.
